申込希望者は、所属団体ごとに所定の申込書に記入し、2017年1月31日(火)までに、Eメールに添付して大会事務局(akita2017entry@gmail.com)へ送信ください。
なお、4月15日まで変更を認めます。
事務局で確認後、参加費、宿泊料、昼食代等の総額の請求をいたしますので、2017年3月31日（金）までにお支払い下さい。（国内：銀行振込み、海外paypal・銀行送金）
入金確認を持って受付完了といたします。
The entry form is attached and you are requested to send it to us(akita2017entry@gmail.com) by e-mail message by Tuesday, 31 January 2017.
We will close the deadline of the payment on Tuesday, 31 January 2017.
Please settle your payment by PayPal or bank transfer by Friday, 31 March 2017.
Besides we will accept your change requests until Saturday, 15 April 2017.
受付完了後のキャンセルについては以下の手数料がかかります。

The JAA will send you payment request for your entry fee as well as accommodation fee after we accepted your application.
