Festival Purpose 趣旨

競技合気道を考案し、普及・発展に努めた富木謙治師範、大庭英雄師範生誕の地、秋田角館
世界中から集まったTOMIKI AIKIDOの道友に、日本の心を伝えます。

This event is held in Kakunodate where Kenji Tomiki Shihan and Hideo Oba Shihan were born and, who found and studied “Competitive Aikido”.
We would like to introduce the Japanese culture to our Tomiki Aikido friends from abroad.

乱取り

男子	団体(5 名)・個人（段位制限なし）
女子	団体(3 名)・個人（段位制限なし）
審判員は、同一の種目に出場できません(演武・混合団体戦・乱取個人戦・乱取団体戦)

The referees are not allowed to participate in the same events which they are responsible for. (Embu competitions, Randori Team, Randori Individual and Kongo Dantaisen)

演武

乱取基本の形 17 本	男女別なし有段の部は短刀、無段の部は徒手
護身の形(古流第三の形)	段位制限なし男女別なし座技・立技まで
徒手自由技	段位制限なし男女別なし受け一人、2分以内
審判員は、同一の種目に出場できません(演武・混合団体戦・乱取個人戦・乱取団体戦) 演武競技は同一選手の参加を2種目までとします演武競技は採点方式で行い、上位4組で決勝戦を行います無段の部は受・取ともに無段。また段位はエントリー時点の段位に基づきます

17 techniques	with tanto for black belt and without tanto for non-black belt, open to anyone regardless sex
Goshin (Koryu Dai San)	from suwari-waza to tachi-waza (regardless dan grade), open to anyone regardless sex
Free style (open Kata with one uke)	for two (2) minutes (no weapon) (regardless dan grade)
The referees are not allowed to participate in the same events which they are responsible for. (Embu competitions, Randori Team, Randori Individual and Kongo Dantaisen) Each person is allowed to participate into two (2) embu competition. The final Embu will compete by the top 4 pairs and the winner of Embu will be determined by the total score of the competitor. In Embu competition of 17 techniques for non-black belt, both competitors (Tori and Uke) must be non-black belt. The competitor who got black belt after entry sheet had been submitted can participate in Embu competitions for non-black belt.

ほとんどの部屋が大部屋でバス・トイレ・TV なしの畳部屋です。

また、寝具は布団で、喫煙コーナー以外は全館禁煙。
部屋での飲酒禁止。10時消灯。
クレジットカードは利用不可。Wi-fi は制限付きで利用可。

Participation fee for the event
Participation fee for the event (Yen 3,000/person) for all attendants (Competitors and officials).
The fee include all Aikido seminars and a booklet.

Accommodation

We will accept your reservation in advance either the Hotel Morinokaze Tazawako, 6.8km away from the venue, or Japanese style accommodation located at Tazawako Sports Center along with your entry sheet.
However you should book yourself for an accommodation besides Tazawako Sports Center and the Hotel Morinokaze Tazawako, and in case of the deadline was closed.

Large size tatami room with 10 participants is available without bath/toilets and no smoking/alcohols.

Note:
It is recommended if all attendants from abroad will book Hotel Morinokaze Tazawako to appreciate and enjoy the Japanese local culture to the full in Akita.
The assignment of rooms will be decided by the JAA depending on total numbers of attendants from abroad.

成田空港からスカイライナーで京成上野駅へ。（約50分）（もしくはバスで東京駅へ。約1時間）
上野駅（東京駅）から新幹線で田沢湖駅へ。（約3時間）
田沢湖駅から「田沢湖スポーツセンター」、「ホテル森の風」へは送迎バスが出ています。（約20分）

How to reach Tazawako Sports Center or Hotel Morinokaze Tazawako from Narita Airport

From Narita Airport by bus or train to Ueno Station or Tokyo Station（approx. 50min).
Take Akita Shinkansen to Tazawako Station (approx. 3 hours).
JAA staff member will meet you at the station to help you to catch a bus from the bus station to Tazawako Sports Center or Hotel Morinokaze Tazawako (approx. 20min).
