We are also trying to update the instructional Aikido videos which shows you how to do Aikido at home.
This video shows you how to use ‘ Shomen ate & Aigamae ate(from the 17 techniques)’ in the randori situation. The instructor is Junji Konaka(6th dan, JAA instructor).
We will try to keep updating the videos like this but we would appreciate it if you could understand that we are currently doing through trial and error.
